Based out of our West Kelowna, BC head office, Alpine is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team and support daily administration! In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. From setting up timesheets and coordinating travel to managing communications, supplies, and general office tasks—you’ll be at the heart of our operational workflow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up new employee timesheets, deliver onboarding, and verify weekly payroll entries.
  • Booking travel, transportation and accommodation, as directed.
  • Manage front-line communications—calls, emails, visitors, and general inquiries.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment servicing, breakroom upkeep, and merchandise inventory.
  • Handle administrative tasks like data entry, document archiving, and backup support.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information from multiple sources
  • Good comprehension, retention, and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder focus
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, methodical, and proactive with a professional presence

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or Certificate in a related field such as office administration
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or office management roles.
  • Experience supporting operational teams with logistics, scheduling, and payroll processes is highly valued.
  • Experience working in the field of aviation is an asset.
