Alpine Helicopters is looking for professional, attentive and enthusiastic team members who will provide superior levels of customer service to helicopter sightseeing tour guests at our Canmore and Stoney Nakoda bases, both located in Alberta.

The Guest Service Agent is an ambassador for Alpine Helicopters and is often the first and last point of contact for guests who are embarking on a range of helicopters tours. This position will ensure the best tour experience by completing a range of duties including promoting and scheduling tours, meeting and greeting guests, completing administrative duties, and supporting the Ground Crew team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous guest service experience is considered an asset.
  • Previous administrative experience (point of sale systems, cash outs, etc.) is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a safety sensitive industry such as aviation is considered an asset.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
  • Utilizes time and resources efficiently.
  • A second language is considered an asset.
  • Class 4 Alberta’s driver’s license is considered an asset.

Remuneration is based on experience and qualifications.
