Aircraft Maintenance Engineers – Seasonal

Alpine is currently accepting resumes from AS350B3e and/ or Bell 407 licensed AME’s for the 2026 summer season. These are primarily field rotational positions in support of our intermediate fleet and will include rotational hangar shifts at the beginning and end of the operating season.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing aircraft maintenance activities to meet both operational and regulatory needs;
  • Performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance;
  • Ensuring assigned aircraft are serviceable and ready for dispatch;
  • Keeping detailed records of the maintenance performed;
  • Liaising with the Director of Operations or Base Managers to schedule any maintenance test flights or other operational requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Must hold a current AME M license;
  • Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license minimum with an acceptable drivers abstract;
  • Must have relevant endorsements on the aircraft position you are applying for;
  • Component overhaul experience would be considered an asset;
  • A valid S OR E license would be considered an asset;

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of two years experience on aircraft type;
  • Minimum of two years experience in remote, rotary-wing field operations;
  • Solid knowledge of Canadian Air Regulations;
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multitask, handle changing priorities under pressure with limited supervision;
  • Working in a safety-oriented atmosphere with the ability to make sound and safe decisions while following documented policies and procedures;
  • A mature approach to work by taking ownership and responsibility if stressful situations should arise;
  • Willingness to mentor younger upcoming engineers.

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a confirmed negative Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol Test.
