Ground Crew

Alpine Helicopters is looking for responsible and safety orientated Ground Crew team members to support summer sightseeing operations at our Canmore and Stoney Nakoda bases located in Western Alberta.

Ground Crew are responsible for welcoming customers’ ensuring their needs are met in a safe, professional and efficient manner. The position involves ground, building and vehicle maintenance tasks, aircraft support and radio flight control as well as front office support when needed.  Individuals must be adaptable, assertive and team-oriented.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract are a requirement.
  • Class 4 Alberta’s driver’s license is considered an asset.
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
  • Utilizes time and resources efficiently.
  • General maintenance and small tools experience essential; equipment operations background useful.
  • Customer service experience and/or a second language would be considered an asset.

This is a Safety Sensitive Position and a confirmed negative Pre-Employment Drug Test is a requirement for employment. In addition, please be aware that Alpine Helicopters policies state that consumption of cannabis, in any form, is prohibited for at least 28 days before being on duty for all employees in Safety Sensitive Positions.

Remuneration is based on experience and qualifications.
